Class Descriptions
Guided Relaxation
60 Minutes
This is a 60 minute class. We begin with 15-30 minutes of gentle stretching to help you get ready for deep relaxation. I will guide you through a 30-40 minute guided relaxation. This is a great practice to help reduce stress, feelings of anxiety, and increase overall wellbeing as well as feel more well rested.
Mindfulness Meditation
25 Minutes
Mindfulness meditation asks us to suspend judgment and unleash our natural curiosity about the workings of the mind, approaching our experience with warmth and kindness, to ourselves and others.
Guided meditation
45 Minutes
Guided meditation is a form of meditation which utilizes a number of different techniques to achieve or enhance the meditative state. Done under the guidance of a trained practitioner or teacher, it may use of imagery, music, and other techniques.
Breathwork
30 Minutes
Breathwork is an ancient healing modality that uses just the breath to release anxiety, stress, and reach higher states of consciousness. Deep breathing increases the supply of oxygen to your brain and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes a state of calmness.
